TyTech (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs the online shop at www.tytechservice.com/shop (the “Shop”), where we sell printed materials for churches, including gospel tracts, bulletin covers, envelopes, and other church printing. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us when you order or contact us:
- Name and email address, and your phone number if you provide it
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Church or organization name
- Order details, including the products, quantities, and prices
- Content you provide for custom printing, such as church names, addresses, service times, logos, photos, or other text and files
- Messages you send us through our contact or quote forms or by email
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your information is covered by its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically: When you visit the Shop, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar usage data through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics. A cookie also keeps items in your cart and helps the site work properly.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process, print, ship, and deliver your orders
- Verify shipping addresses and calculate shipping and sales tax
- Send order confirmations, proofs, shipping updates, and replies to your questions
- Keep records for accounting and tax purposes
- Understand how visitors use the Shop so we can improve it
- Protect the Shop against fraud or misuse
- Send emails about new products and seasonal items, but only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
We use content you send for custom printing only to complete your order. We will never use your logos or photos in our own marketing without your permission.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Shop:
- Stripe, to process payments and calculate sales tax
- Shippo, to verify addresses, calculate shipping rates, and create shipping labels
- Shipping carriers (primarily UPS), to deliver your order
- Print production partners, who print or finish some orders. They receive only what is needed to produce your order.
- Mailgun, to send order confirmations and other emails
- Mailchimp, to send emails if you join our email list
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site
- Website hosting providers, which store the data that keeps the Shop running
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site traffic through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Shop, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep order and contact records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Files you upload for custom printing are deleted 60 days after your order is placed, and files added to a cart that never becomes an order are deleted after 7 days. If you’d like us to keep your files for a future reorder, just let us know before then.
How We Protect Information
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and Stripe uses industry-standard security for all payments. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing contact@tytechservice.com. We’ll honor your request unless we need to keep certain records for legal or tax reasons. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time; order-related emails will still be sent as needed.
Children’s Privacy
The Shop is meant for adults placing orders for churches and ministries. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date.
